Here is an old world remedy for colds, infections, inflammations and for overall improvement of your immune system. It is easy to make…maybe not the most palatable….but “a spoon full of honey (my version of sugar) makes the medicine (natural form of course) go down….medicine go down….”.
My mom has been using a different form of this for years.
This remedy works because all your are doing is adding huge amounts of Vitamin C and antioxidants to your body. You use the pulp because 98% of the lemons complex bioflavonoids (C-complex) are in the pulp!
Vitamin C works like an antibiotic except it doesn’t kill the good bacteria. Go Mother Nature! Thank for taking your time to perfect this. And ALL of its remedies are probably in our own kitchen or backyard.
