  1. Pack lemon and ginger into a 12-ounce jar.
  2. Pour 1 cup of raw honey on top, mix, cover and refrigerate.
  3. Leave for 2 days. Mixture will meld and thicken.
  4. Stir 2 teaspoons of mixture into a cup of warm water.
  5. Sip and relax.
