I am happy to offer to you what I have learned over the two decades since I have been a researcher, guinea pig and a quiet observer. But then again, I wouldn’t be able to offer you what I can and how I can without going through the growing pains.

What I am offering to you is short learning curve. I am saving you on years of time in figuring out what source to trust, read tons of books and materials, assimilate through the pieces of the information and then hope that when you implement it, it works.

How much would I pay knowing what I know what this information has done for me?!?   ……I truly don’t know. I tell my husband all the time that I am priceless. And I don’t mean that in an egotistical way. I consider “my price” when I measure how much time it has saved us from dealing with chasing “expert” advise, not paying for medications to mask symptoms (don’t get me wrong, sometimes, it is necessary to resort to modern medicine…thank goodness for that), how much joy it has brought into my life knowing that I can pass on this wisdom to my family and to my tribe, how many times I have successfully dealt with acute ailments and overted something that could have turned chronic, the amount of energy my family and I have (without taking unnecessary supplements)……

It takes more than consuming nutritious food to lead a healthier lifestyle that will help you towards a balanced you. You are biochemically individual. So your diet and how you implement a positive lifestyle change is going to be as well.

This is the most individualized and empowering programs I offer. We delve deeper into what can make you a more balanced you.

Whether we can meet in person or over the phone, we’ll go over your lifestyle in depth. I consult by guiding not preaching, by empowering not forcing, and by humility and not judging.

Together we will look at your symptoms as they give us clues. The focus will be on getting to the root of the cause.

Prior to our initial session, I will review carefully curated questionnaires that you answered. During the initial session, I will ask deeper questions to gain a better understanding of your health history, stress levels, activity levels, and dietary intake to be able to create a healing protocol customized to your health and wellness goals.

I will review and summarize your what I learned about you and conduct a dietary analysis. I will then make suggestions for dietary, lifestyle and supplemental recommendations. This will take between 2-4 sessions.

Depending on your needs, I may refer you to a functional practitioner or ask to work with your current physician.

Together we will build a healthy sustainable and delicious plan that meets your needs.
